Terms of Use
Last updated: March 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the NPAW Support Portal (the 'Portal'), operated by Nice People At Work, S.L. ('NPAW', 'we', 'us'). By accessing or using the Portal you agree to these terms.
1. Access and registration
The Portal is available to authorised contacts of NPAW customers. Access credentials are provided by NPAW or generated through the self-registration process. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
2. Permitted use
You may use the Portal solely to submit, track and manage support requests related to NPAW products and services covered by your agreement. You must not: (a) share your account with third parties; (b) attempt to access data belonging to other organisations; (c) use the Portal for purposes unrelated to the contracted services; or (d) upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the security of the Portal.
3. Intellectual property
All content, software, design and trademarks of the Portal are the exclusive property of NPAW or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights over them beyond the limited right to use the Portal for its intended purpose.
4. Data processing
Personal data submitted through the Portal is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. NPAW processes this data to manage your support requests and to improve the service. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Privacy policy5. Availability and modifications
NPAW strives to maintain the Portal available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Portal — or update these terms — at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NPAW shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Portal. NPAW's total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the services associated with your support agreement in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona.
